Maya and Kitty Writing Santa's List

Well it's the last day of March, so naturally I've got a Christmas card to share with you today !!!   :0)

The papers are actually from the gorgeous new Wild Rose Studio Antique Library pad, and along with being really versatile for any occasion, this script one also seemed appropriate for the image of Maya the Elf, checking the list of who's been naughty or nice for Santa.

Annabelle Hanging Gifts

My card today features some gorgeous pink papers that I've been saving for a time when I needed to get myself motivated.  I've not been feeling very positive about some of my recent creations so needed a bit of a boost.  Well it seems that a pink and girlie card is just what I needed.  I'm really pleased with this one, probably because it uses lots of my favourite things: pink, glitter, ribbon, flowers, pearls and my favourite pearl brad.  Hopefully this is a turning point and I'll be back on track again!

I hope you like my creation.

Baby Jesus

Hi all,
How are you getting along with your Christmas card making? Well, I’m pleased to report that mine has finally got off the ground!

Today’s card was very quick and easy! I’ve used the Wild Rose Studio ‘Baby Jesus’ image which I’ve combined with some beautifully rich Graphic 45 ‘12 Days of Christmas’ Solids and Patterns papers.

The sentiment is one of the new Wild Rose Studio ‘Christmas Labels’ sentiments which I’ve matted onto Graphic 45 papers and then layered onto Bazzill 'Kraft' card that has been cut using the medium sized snowflake from the Spellbinders ‘Snowflake Pendant‘ die set and glitzed with stickles.

The little gold stars are the negatives from the Whimsy ‘Ornaments Border’ die, which have been cut from Graphic 45 paper and then stuck onto a piece of 'Kraft' card embossed with the Spellbinders M-Bossabilities Embossing Folder  'Tweets and Twigs'.

Hokey Pokey

Today's card is a Christmas themed, but not traditional Christmas colours, but I think it looks festive and magical with the little fairy image.  I've teamed my little fairy with some sparkle and a lovely ornament die from Whimsy.  I think she's really cute, so I hope you also like my contemporary Christmas card.

Maya and Kitty Drinking Hot Tea

My card for The Stamp Basket today features one of my favourite Whiff of Joy images and of course as it's a festive card, my (current) favourite frosty First Edition Silent Night paper pad.  It looks great backed with some shiny silver card and distressed edges.  I hope my cards are not getting too 'samey' but I'm just loving this pad right now.

Hanging Gifts

It's Annette here today and yes, I know it's gone Christmas but I'm sharing another Chrimbo card today.  This one uses the reverse of my red and white ornaments border die that I shared last weekend, and I think the white and red looks really effective.

Snowflakes

It's Annette here with another Stamp Basket creation and I'm sticking to the traditional Chrimbo colours. I've also used a gorgeous new die called Ornaments Border Die from Whimsy.  I've cut it out in both red and white, and then pushed out the centres of each and swapped them over, so that the white centres are in the red border (look out next week for the reverse!!! LOL).

I've also used the white pompom trim again. I've seen it around other people's cards quite a bit this Christmas and it is lovely.

2 more sleeps !!!!!
Have a fab Christmas everyone, and I'll see you all next weekend

Madeleine Bird

Hi all,
I have another quick and easy card to show you today using a range of dies…a tad unusual for me I know, but I thought I’d give it a go! I know that red snowflakes are a little unconventional to say the least….but I think a bit of crafting license is ok now and again, isn't it?...after all it is Christmas!

Recipe:
Stamps: Whimsy ‘Holiday Notables 2’ (sentiment)
Papers: Dovecraft ‘Back to Basics II - pink’ (in the sale!)
Card: Craftwork Cards Straight Edge Card Pack; Bazzill Carob and Cardinal
Tools: Memory Box Poppystamps ‘Simple Banner’ die and Lorelai Branch; Memory Box Madeleine Bird; Whimsy ‘Notables 2’; Whimsy 'Ornaments Border' (I used the negatives to make the snowflakes)
Ink: Tsukeniko Memento Tuxedo Black
Embellishments: Ranger Stickles - star dust
Just in case you haven't had chance to check out our Christmas sale in the last few days, we've added lots of new products...including some Memory Box dies! So grab yourself a bargain whilst stocks last!

Thanks for stopping by. Hope you have a great evening!
Hugs,

Janet xx
