Hi Liz here again with my DT card,

I'm still getting over the flu so I've not overly embellished it again,lol

I've coloured my image with copics this time and used some beautiful lace on the edges of my border, the fab postcard effect is in the paper pad and I loved this as I love the look these give to a card,

SARAH KAY ~ SOPHIA WISHES

Hello everyone, here is my Friday card.
 Today I have a Sarah Kay card to share with you, Sohia Wishes.

The papers are My Minds Eye/ Dolled Up, and I have added Flowers from The Prima Meadowlark collection.
Around the edges and in the flower are Hobby House Clear Gems. Everything is available from The Stamp Basket.

Sophia Wishes

Good morning

It's Lisa here with my second GDT card for The Stamp Basket :-)

For today's card I have used the adorable Sophia Wishes and on checking the blog on Monday I noticed that Marianne had also used this image on her card.  If you scroll down you can see Marianne's beautiful vintage style card and even though we have used the same image our cards are so different.

Sophia Wishes

Happy Easter Monday. I hope you are enjoying the long weekend. It's Marianne here with my second guest designer card. I was asked to choose two images from the new Sarah Kay stamps and what a job that was. They are so gorgeous. You can find the whole range here at the Stamp Basket.

I have used the gorgeous Sophia Wishes. I love the old fashioned look of these images and decided to colour her in brown tones to tie in with the beautiful Prima Nature Garden papers. I used Vintage Photo Distress Ink on the paper and image and also on the chalk white seam binding. This seam binding is lovely as it is but can also be coloured with alcohol pens or Distress Inks to match your project. The corners were made using a Memory Box Macarena Corner Die.

Other products used from The Stamp Basket are Craftwork Cards on the edge scalloped white card blank, Black Memento ink pad and The Hobby House 3mm snow white pearls.
