Mimosa Waiting For Santa

Morning everyone, and welcome to Wednesday, my day to DT for The Stamp Basket blog!

This little lass is awaiting the arrival of the big jolly man in the red suit, I think someone ought to tell her that she has a few months to go yet.

Products used that you can buy at The Stamp Basket store are
Stamping Ink: Memento - Tuxedo Black
Dies: Spellbinders - Classic Circle (this is the link to Grand Circles)
When I made the card the Cottage Cutz Holly Corner was available too but this is no longer, sorry

Mimosa Waiting for Santa

Hi all,
I’m here today instead of Debs and I have a card to show you using one of the lovely Bildmalarna Christmas images called ‘Mimosa Waiting for Santa’...poor little Mimosa, she has a very long wait, hasn't she! But it's always good to get ahead with your Christmas cards and this year I'm determined not to be caught out again!

I do think these Bildmalarna images are so adorable… such cute innocent little faces that make your heart melt…and the good news is that this stamp is in our Spring sale! As is the Whimsy 'Christmas Sayings' Sentiment...
I’ve used a combination of papers on this card…and not all of them are Christmas papers! So which papers have I used…any guesses???

Recipe:
Stamps: Bildmalarna ‘Mimosa Waiting for Santa’; Whimsy 'Christmas Sayings' (sentiment)
Thanks for stopping by. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Hugs,

Janet xx

Waiting for Santa

It's another Christmas card from me today (hubby already thinks we've got Christmas cards coming out of our ears), and I've kept the design really simple.

I've returned to my (current) favourite Christmas pad, First Edition's Silent Night, and a die that I'm really loving at the moment too, Cottage Cutz Holly Border.  I finished my card off with a few pearls, and an array of white flowers, stamens and pearl strings.

The image is matted onto silver mirri card, but it actually looks black in the photo as it's hard to get a good photo of the mirri card.  :0(

Mimosa (not) waiting for Santa!

Hello, Lisa here to show you a card I've made using a Bildmalarna stamp called Mimosa - waiting for Santa...

This is obviously meant to be a Christmas stamp but I thought it would work just as well for a birthday card, so that's what I've made!

Well, it's not long at all now until the big day - hopefully you're feeling a bit more organised than I am!
Happy Christmas from me, hope you all have a fantastic time :o)
