Polar Bears

Hi

Today I have a project to show you using the image I coloured for the video tutorial I posted on Monday.

Happy Christmas

Hello its Edna (aka Rosietoes) here today. It is my pleasure to be posting my first GDT card for the Stamp Basket today.

I was delighted to be asked and when Janet sent me the kit to work with, I was even more delighted. :)

I've used a Bildmalarna stamp - Little Winged Friends - 'Scarf' for my main image

The image is coloured with Promarkers and Spectrum Noir pens

She is such a wee cutie and my very first Bildmalarna image - I can see me weakening and adding to that very soon.

Hi

I am really excited to announce the launch of The Stamp Basket YouTube Channel !!!!!

The first video tutorial has gone live this morning. This is the first of a weekly series of videos featuring some of the new Wild Rose Studio Christmas Stamps and a variety of colouring techniques.

Today's video shows how to use your Grey "C" Copic Markers to colour Polar Bears.

Baby Jesus

It's Annette here with today's card using a sweet image from Nellie Snellen called Baby Jesus. I've painted it with my Distress re-inkers but I had a small mishap because I mistakenly coloured Mary's foot green when I was painting her head scarf. I couldn't then colour it the same colour as her face, so instead I pretended she was wearing shoes, and coloured it chocolate brown instead.

I think I will try to colour this image again sometime soon and see if I can improve!
